Red Baron when you say 14c I tend to think the mv is closer to $50m which is around 4c per share. Thats the amount that mgt promised Nick a bonus if he could achieve and you would have to assume they wouldnt put the target at less than half the real value. Less the negative equity in the rest of the balance sheet and the ongoing loss making and its not cigar butt slam dunk that I have seen written elsewhere. As I have said before I wonder given the position the business is in why they dont auction it off (or do it via tender etc). Any fair process to get market value for the land. The last thing I would want as a shareholder is no cash and a minor share in the ongoing development which gets offset by the ongoing losses from the education business.
