When you say you have no idea about the valuation of the land - Is that not central to your thesis for being in SIT or are you in it for the education business? Or do you think they will get a positive litigation outcome?
There is a bit of volume going through SIT at the moment.
Its a bit early for tax loss selling and there are not too many people with 7m shares so would be interesting to know who is selling.
