    Good deal - 9% p.a and secured against Sydney northern suburbs property at an extremely low LVR.

    No idea why people are buying the Metrics debt funds when they're returning peanuts and they have high risks of impairments when they can buy TCF at a higher yield, discount and with zero risk of impairments.

    Tony Pitt is just a better steward of capital.
