    i'd say this announcement is more like a "PUMP" for the SPP.... that's the reason for the extension really. They will try bring the SP to maybe 1.8 cents ?
    SPP at 20% discount..... I would think around 1.1 to 1.3 cents.....

    Interesting times ahead....
