    ok... Wongarbon is now 100% secured and time to see if KCC lands another JV soon. I think they will.

    My take is they could not lock a deal until the project was secured 100% so they must have done some ground work with potential JV partners and everyone was waiting for confirmation Wongarbon belongs to KCC.

    all my own thoughts.
