Not sure what rock you've been living under gunja, but you obviously haven't been following RSG progress " record of recent has been abysmal"??.I think you need to take a reality check and chill pill at the same time. I would have thought the 330,000 at A$850/oz in 2014/15 that was well ahead guidance and under Mr Sullivan was pretty damn impressive. I'm certainly not complaining with my return to date. The last two quarters haven't quite hit the same mark, so hopefully the new CEO well provide us a better March quarter.

Also what part of the "more of than 20 years" referring to the two guys that left didn't you understand?? By my calculations that means there tenure goes back to pre 1996. A mate of mine who runs an engineering group over west tells me he met Mr Venn at their first discovery in the Plutonic area but early 90s before he headed off to West Africa, so that's quite some history and plenty of time to make a difference.
