Only picked up on those management changes during my weekend reading. Slightly unusual to increase the number of business units reporting to the CEO in organisations today! Loss of Mr Venn was pretty unexpected as my network over west inform me he was a key driver for RSG getting into Africa when nobody wanted to be there and has played a major role in recent times in the turnaround at Syama. Will be very interested to see where he pops up in this next cycle.
Anyway, certainly not unusual to see changes to structure these days. Like you ‘big mahn’ now is the time for the new man to perform and take us shareholders to the Promised Land. Need that reno money for the Lennox Head beach shack!
