Just chanced upon the fact that Mr Victor R was the CEO of EGS which went belly up & got restructured into OBM. He resigned in Oct 2018 & went to EAR which earned him lots of free money for not having to do much except for helping NST taking over the company. Now he's in PAN, good luck to all s/holders.
