It is quite sad that most thought that SGC were actually going to do something in the Philippines (despite all the warning signs in plain view for all to see). Not that long ago (Nov last year) they convinced the President of the Philippines and DOE USEC Sales Turd to make a press release (on TV no less) that a Cadlao EWT is happening in Q1 2023. Then they convinced "some" to give then monies for Philippine operations (the last two CRs). Resulting dilution be damned! SGC are full speed ahead with a drillship even. And now....what? Nothing. The CRs were in fact to pay for the hiring of Kane. Nido has no funder. Nido is kaput and so is the JV. And if you think Blue Sky can get this done before SC expiry....think again.
