I think your very very very confused. He was CEO of KEY for many years which has gone from 30 cents to .01 cents then moved across to BUY which has gone from 5 cents to .007 cents. All your guaranteed here is he will give himself a huge salary with a nice performance share package and plenty of dilution with capital raisings and share share consolidations if his previous 20 year track record is any indication to go by.
