Instead of focusing on the projects, of which they have nearly sold out of most of them (Philippines is gone...they knew it a long time ago, Joanne and Marshall knew it way back when), they hire another MD (that never once found oil and gas in his career). And the former MD is still there so it is not a savings move in terms of payroll overhead. If they do not announce a drilling rig contract being signed by this month then ... well... you know if you had spent a day in your life in oil and gas. It took Blade Petroleum nearly two years to get a quote from three rig companies.
