    Was the class action you refer to against Bob Fulker or KPMG? What I can ascertain of him, he has the runs on the board and if anything, accepting the HGO position would see him punching well below his weight. I can't imagine someone of his experience, expertise and wealth taking on a venture that was going nowhere which many of the posts of late suggest.
