Interesting to learn Bob only joined DML on 2nd of November 2012 after the Mine was closed down and the Mine manager left.
A bit harsh in my opinion to blame him for not meeting the targets he had't set and destroying shareholder value. It seems he sorted out the mess he inherited quickly and had the mine producing record tonnage of ore very quickly.
When the MD and Chairman who set the original targets abandoned the sinking ship he accepted the chalange to try to sort out the corporate mess they had created.
But alas he was dealt too dud a hand.
He's starting from a much better position At HGO let's see how he shapes up.
