I hope Lachlan's personal reasons are good or at least not too dire and I wish him well. I think he's done an amazing job to get us to where we are now.
The move to replace Lachlan with Bob Fulkner appears to be long planned. He was previously chief operations officer at Evolution Mining and on January 17th Evolution Mining announced that ...
" Chief Operating Officer, Bob Fulker has decided to leave the Company to pursue
other opportunities. Mr Fulker will finish at the end of March. A search to identify an appropriate
replacement is underway"
From Bob's basic CV he seems like a very good person to run Hillgrove.
