I was wondering when Joanne's possible departure was on the cards after she was appointed a NED for Buru last month. She has done a good job in getting the company off the ground, but Trent was the catalyst in introducing the current helium strategy. It was a natural progression to pass him the baton and to take BNL to the next level. We are fortunate to have someone with Trent's knowledge, experience and relationships in the US. I have also been fortunate to cross Neil's path several times in the past and his addition to the Board will bring skills to better balance the Board. A great day for BNL and the market is showing its appreciation.
