Ann: New Managing Director to drive Alterra agribusiness growth, page-2

Hi guys i havnt been watching this stock too closely lately so now im trying to get my head around this demerger. The way i understand it is the company will split in 2 carbon concious a public unlisted company and alterra focusing on the agricultural side of things. We will get the equivalent in carbon concious shares as we have in alterra is this sounding right? I know we get same amount of shares but will it be the same amount of dollars? What is a carbon concious share worth? Because we have double the amount of shares does that mean double the money and is this why the share price is trying to halve itself lately? Lets get this discussion going as im sure there are many people out there not sure about this as well
