Totally agree but market sentiment a bit array at the present time and investor interests elsewhere as it drifts sideways. January not normally a good month as the nation not completely awake after the festive season. The cobalt thing has received a lot of publicity lately, it needs to settle in peoples minds and it will as the electric car news slowly filters out. It will take a few months and a few quarterly reports from BPL and COB to bring all back into focus.
