I haven't looked too deep into the last financials, but I guess it would seem logical that they would do a capital raise if cash is running low. I thought they got a grant or something, but maybe that was AVL. I get them confused now.

However, what would leave me absolutely dumbfounded is if anyone in those offices thought that these announcements, in June of all months, was somehow expected to give a shot in the arm to the share price heading into a cap raise. If this stays at under 8c, then I'd imagine a 7c price would be considered quite good and it will be interesting to see who they approach to get the funds. My guess would be the same crew as the last time with a listed option attached. Hopefully they hold on to it. Maybe more BYHOA's??
