What fantasy is this you go on about?
ECT hasn't built the infrastructure because the funds for it that were acquired by the capital raising FOR THAT PURPOSE got pissed away.
That's why they are having ANOTHER capital raising to try and do something?
And again: it's a viability study first that now has to factor in the costs of external power/energy supply and also dealing with/getting permission for volatile emissions from the kiln due to the non completion of the rest of the processing infrastructure.
