    Not me, I am more likely to be the one buying at those prices, but that doesn't mean I still want to encourage the price down. At 1.6 I am nearly $100k down, so I don't need to be reminded / hear the negativity of the sky is falling. Far from it. Yes there have been sales at 1.6 but 1.7 has been met with some serious resistance and are currently and 1.8, so where is you post sprooking that the price is going up?
