I strongly refute that I am calling JW a flake and a cheat and I strongly resent this from you.
Fact is that every mining company in Mali has to establish a Convention and Permit and you have failed to answer my question - has RSG obtained better terms than other companies recently? No special credit to JW if it is the same or worse. If otherwise, then maybe, depending on the extent that RSG terms better those of others. Answer the question with some comparative FACTS and we will know how good RSG is on this matter.
