The PFS opex was us$4.15/lb, Largo's opex this year is ~us$3.55/lb, if an opex of around Largo's is possible that would be some achievement. The refinery flow sheet is yet to be produced as the Metso work won't be finished until Sept, but they must be happy with the results so far.
This is the first Ann the term Bankable Feasibility Study has been used, so I think they must be confident in the numbers.
Who are the key 3rd party appointments...could it be someone to sell the project to JV partners or banks etc ?
