Your new strategy to implement topshop, new cafes and lighting mite see a slight better return then last financial year but in my opinion you are playing it too safe and in a year or two topshop will be yesterday's new's.
I use to go into Myers and DJ's because it had clothing that was different from the normal shops. Now i can't stand it because it's same as down the road.
If you want to succeed you really need to snap out of it and take a chance. South America, Europe are buzzing with amazing fashion that is really cheap for man and women. Don't take my word for it just look at all the conversations on social media where people are talking about the clothes they bought from overseas and been asked "where did you get the dress from?".
You can sit on the fence all you like, but topshop was good to get into a year ago. Be different. Be a man.
