also if it was going to PLL it shouldn't have taken this long to put the deal together and i wouldn't call PLL hooking a marlin. A marlin to me would be a deal with one or more battery cos or auto mfg who offers other accelerated downstream benefits. Of course not to accelerate NAL to chems as BL has assured PLL 3 years of extraordinary profits and he won't back away from that.
