Totally agree with regards to maintaining an A grade talent pool with experience that could quite possibly be called upon on start up commissioning of other projects SYA are involved, something Ken Brisdon (ex PLS) pointed out earlier with their troubles commissioning and processing Lithium and the lack of experience to start up the Pilgarn plant.
