It is an interesting situation.
BSA is the incumbent in NSW and VIC, has ~300 employees and 1~,000 technicians/contractors, so about 1,000 (80%) allocated to NBN.
The other tenderers will have to find these people, not an easy task - they may be better off taking out BSA to access them.
Which makes you wonder, how are you not even on the preferred tender list?
