I agree. Right now history is showing that shareholder value is not great and diluting everyone's share ultimately means that everyone else's value include the board's share is low. There are plenty of ways to incentivise and rewards themselves.

To be fair the team have done well in the past 12 months and let us not forget that there has been a massive revenue turn around.
The price should re-settle after some emotions have come down but it needs some good turn around numbers in the next 6 mths
