I dont believe that the nickel announcement had any effect on the sp this week. In fact it was great news. RXL could do a Sirius - 5c to $5 a few years ago. Who knows. But the sell-off on other gold stocks (by those in the know no doubt) was hours ahead of the Yanks hitting the POG downward a few days ago. That was the trigger.
