In greenfields exploration, each successive phase should add to the story, eliminate some areas and increase the prospectivity of other areas, thereby focusing your efforts and $'s and increasing your probability of success.
GAL is doing this IMO. They are where LEG were a few years ago. At about the same stage LEG were also valued at circa 20M...but look at them now at 400m (ie. +-2,000%...now how's that for some bags!).
Massive upside for GAL and they should get carried along with the unfolding LEG story.
