Yes they do only release a discovery alert when they are fairly sure of a of a tier 1 or 2 discovery. But as you can see on there website on the discoveries page, there is still the potential of huge profits with much less risk investing after a discovery has been confirmed and before most cotton on to the fact that it is a true discovery. I still, more than doubled my money when they released a discovery alert for wc8 and now I'm free riding and the case is the same for RCR when they released a Geological Report. Money doubled, sold half and free riding. I hope these guys make a discovery for all holders, but the fact is that most don't make a true discovery. Everyone has different investment methods
