You need to look at geochemical anomalies as a whole. What is high and what is low is determined by the data. It is all subjective with soil and stream assays as they just show areas which have higher levels of certain elements. It's a targeting tool and geology 101.
There is summary data in the table 1 and 2 at the back of the report that shows the 90th percentile for the data set as well as how extensive the data set use is. You can see a lot of this area is over the 90th percentile values.
Its a good start IMO.
