I like the look of this acquisition
They've remained conservative and kept a huge cash hoard to continue supporting a strong balance sheet and allow further acquisitions
$10M for 35% share in a Barrow sub-basin oil project that is drill ready - you beauty.
So we still have $90M+ cash in bank, $30M+ of receivables, ROC-1 update pending, ROC-2 drilling to be confirmed and still a $30-40M free carry under that JV, now with another deposit to be drilled this year
