Which is it? Makes a big difference if you were deciding to convert options early or not.

Just paints a bad picture. This is a recurring thing unfortunately; Everyone should treat these announcements with a grain of salt. 3-4 weeks are still good turnarounds but the management flip-flops are far too many.
