One thing I noticed was how many times she used "eh" when talking, I started counting and then lost count very quickly. In the end, I couldn't concentrate on what she had to say and could only hear the "eh" "eh" "eh"...
The appointment of Nikos Katinakis is more promising in my opinion as he came from Reliance Jio. He should be able to share his experience on how a disruptor can be so successful in turning an existing market upside down and more importantly how to respond to TPG's attack. The question is can he actually fit into Telstra's existing culture?
The announcement sounds promising as always (In my whole investing career, I have never read any restructuring announcement that doesn't sound promising/exciting). The key for Telstra now is to actually deliver. This is still to be seen.
