This one really fascinates me as it really looks like this a 1st line treatment - not 4th or more like some other trials so one would hope the patient population has an immune system able to utilise the PD1-vaxx effectively.
What I am most curious about is the research that has lead to this trial being established- there’s some background here that I think would make for good reading.
Fully understand a readout for this is going to take a while, and as we have seen elsewhere, it takes time to demonstrate an increase in OS. But I’m sure there’s more to the story here I’d like to understand.
