    It is a term sheet. Any due diligence would likely crash the deal as the key properties have been challenged in the courts.

    There is a butterfly "kirjopapurikko" (Lopinga achine) in Hopeavuori. Dragon mining could not use Southern part of its Kaapelinkulma mine district because of the same butterfly protected by Nature Directive of European Union.

    In Satulinmäki there is National park Torronsuo next to the tenements an any permit would be heavily challenged.
