    The ENEXD term sheet appears to be valid with about 10 times higher deal value:
    20 million AUD for 75% of the rights.

    It was elongated on Feb 5th in non-exclusive terms,

    it is not likely that they were not aware of the failure of the ENEXD deal

    and lower value deal likely to be accepted only after 2 weeks.

    It appears that ENEXD deal was a scam like operation as indicated.
