    I would say the short term effect of the research reports, is giving way to the longer term forces of the relocation, and associated recommencement of FEED, and the highly discounted capital raise.

    Hard to see what would keep this above 6c over the next 6 months. Except perhaps updated project economics that show it really has been a net benefit to move the refinery. New DFS in Q1?
