You promise a DFS for years, you delay it and delay for actually no good reason. You state that is will be delayed yet again but only marginally. When that marginal date arrives you announce you have had a great new idea that theoretically will result in an much better solution but will mean a complete about turn in strategy and will obviously mean a complete rewrite of the about to be published DFS.
