I agree with that @RED328 - again, love that car - the Loyalty Options look like a Poison Pill, in which case someone has been thinking about defense from a raider previously. A good sign in it's own right. Known backing from up to 68% of holders is a great situation when warding off an attacker, or extracting a premium from him.
What all holders should know is to avoid a company where a fund or super fund has a large holding - they can always be tempted near end of financial year - even 25% profit might be enough to influence the years outcome, and their members. And fund administrators are always thinking about their own bums on seats.
