Very hard to get a hold of shares, not many sellers so have to pay up to get in. This is likely to deter the bigger investment funds / banks from investing at this stage, they need a certain level of liquidity. That doesn't hurt much right now though, as the early round exploration costs can be managed by more retail investors.
