    Interesting to see on the graph that patients who have been on RUX for less than 1 year have a very big reduction in TSS50 while those that have been on it for 5yrs or more are the ones who aren’t seeing an improvement in symptom score.

    so this lines up well with the next trial where the plan would be to treat more newly diagnosed patients. It’s sad to say those who have been on it for 5yrs are beyond helping.
