You appear to have just googled the West Mitts Mining website where it isn't updated correctly as of yet, if you read the ongoing press releases and corporate presentations (x4) you would have picked up on this.

I have taken the liberty of attaching a 2nd screenshot below of the corporate structure and you can ask some more educated people in here whom you dismiss how the mining charters and money/cashflow operates in this instance.
Would appreciate you not relying on "google" and actually asking with manners fellow investors so your next reply doesn't blow out to 30% incorrect.
