Maybe as part of the original agreement there was a review after 12 months between IBM and Archer ..... The Announcement does suggest a new agreement but it looks the same on the surface - possibly the key differences are confidential as with parts of the prior agreement..... all in all very positive that IBM is continuing it's work with Archer.
Latest update video below .... It's encouraging Mohammad saying "when successful" 1.25 in the video. Certainly not an easy thing to do building a room temp Quantum Chip otherwise it would have been done by now but it's important for us to be working with IBM to realize a successful outcome with 12cq and IBM is still seeing potential here obviously.
