Have placed an order for Volt today, purely speculative!

You quote: "1st qtr next year should see some money from first produce...."

Volt may not even have enough money to get through until the end of this year! And the income from their "first small scale mining / processing in the first quarter of 2018" is going to be minimal. The first real shipment of ore isn't due until mid 2019!

They are going to need a lot of money to keep afloat, and then to set up a full scale mine, if ...... they get some real and large contracts in place!
