if we don't sort the JV out in the early Dec 24 then its a very long haul.
If we had interested parties lined up, and assumed the "deal" linked to the outcome of DD2, we should be moving this on.
Similarly if we had continued with the reported progress in Mongolia we would be prompting the fact.
