Well despite the glasses of wine we drank I certainly have to give kudos to my geologist friend of mine who was spot on in his analysis contained in my posting of drill results for dummies.
This week Cradle announced a new resource model is expected within a month that will materially add to the overall grade and tonnes as I predicted in my previous posts based on the drill results they have previously announced. They also determined significant mineralisation in some zones not previously assayed by the historical JORC.
What I think the market will be particularly interested in is the results of the next round of exploration which will target as I mentioned before the high grade weathered carbonatite (similar to the CMBB mine in Brazil), expansion drilling of lateral and depth, and what I really like reading an infill drilling program to take the inferred JORC to an Indicated classification.
I can’t wait to see these numbers so I can update my interactive valuation spreadsheet!!!
All of this only increases the valuation of this reserve and firmly puts Cradle to becoming the first global producer of Niobium in over 30 years!!!. Management have delivered thus far on their schedule of delivering a scoping study come Mar 2014, this is not going to be 5 years away. I observed others in this forum have astutely observed ATU and what happens leading into and after a scoping study.
I have read some chatter on the HC forum about CXX and yes I am a nice guy for sharing just the facts of this stock but with Niobium being little understood I feel it is good to educate those who care to understand the fundamentals of just how valuable this mine is going to be…….and don’t worry folks I will continue to just discuss the facts
