Hey mate, in one of my previous posts I made reference to Diucon and specifically to this hole.
HERC889D.
In this pic, one can see the size of the existing resource which is outlined in the dashed.
What makes HERC889D important, is the amount of oz that will be added with holes drilled after the existing was done, as noted here with holes 441, 442 and 889D.
Now we look at todays ann to note similar additions.
When we note that these similar additions and the effects that has on the growth here, we could look at it from the perception of, just what these holes would do as a discovery hole for any other explorer.
They should have an enormous effect when looking at the additional oz they contribute.
I know that most can already see the effect but here it is again to recap and see the impact of thee extensions.
We can see what hole HERC955 tail will have but the next hole down dip could really add many more oz being so far further down.
I hope that the interpretation is just as they think because the picture shows it in a very simple manner particularly given those widths.
Again note the dashed outline of the existing resource so you can see the growth.
I know that it has been said that it was not so good timing with this ann while the gp is getting a spanking "but"
Let's have a look at the chart.
All the way down to the Red horizontal line at $1675.80 and then a very strong bounce back close to the long term trend line.
I see that as a good sign of strength and hope to see that continue from here.
If we look at the deg chart now, you can see that has also bounced again from the long term trend line.
I see this as positive and could suggest a bottom has been reached again as deg is still trending up.
I do reserve the right to be wrong.
A couple of other considerations for me are-
the jobs report out of the US. Where are those jobs?
Sure they in the Covid recovery leisure and hospitality and could they fall back down again just as quickly as they went up?
What will the next inflation data look like and will that confirm transitory or not?
Will gold recover back to above the $1764 or so?
If so we could soon be tracking back up again.
No matter what the answer is to these 3 Q's, deg just keep multiplying the oz's here.
Does the short term gp really matter to the longer term holder?
I think we all know where the gp is going soon enough.
