Perhaps but for every one selling some one is also buying..

Its up to everyone to access based on their risk tolerance and trading plan, some wont want to hold and will be happy to pay up if/when it lists on Nasdaq others are happy to hold through the process..

Some may even be treating this as a 4.1c "call option" on a growing business that could be close to cashflow positive in a hot and growing sector where the company has a team that has done it all before- its not your typical start up, plus CEO has more to lose if it goes to sh!t..

Time will tell I guess..
