Agree with the dual listing in some respects as it adds a level of security for existing holders. That said I can see also the logic that current SP is a legacy drag on where the business should be (based on current revenue) & delisting creates clean air. I guess it’s the leap into the unknown isn’t it? Love the product & service- it’s relevant, timely (COVID) & opportune ( tech sector highs). I guess it comes down to trust in personnel & ability to execute. I guess I’m on the fence with them - hence my desire for US specific expertise.

SP is indeed intriguing & I can’t work it out either. Regal also intrigues me & their role in all of this. Are they in for a ST stag? They haven’t increased or decreased their exposure at this stage. Fun n Games.
